First Time for WINSUN GROUP to Participate an Online Exhibition

The 127th Canton Fair has successfully come to a close digitally on June 24.

 

Canton Fair serves as an important platform for China's opening up and international trading. For the past 63 years, Canton Fair has been committed to promoting economic and commercial connection among China and other countries and boosting international trade growth.

 

The coronavirus pandemic has changed our life and impacted global economy, trade and investment dramatically.

 

To maintain the openness and stability of global industrial and supply chains, expand opening up, and help Chinese and foreign enterprises to develop markets, the Chinese government has decided to hold the 127th Canton Fair online as an innovative measure.

 

127th Canton Fair held online is not simply copying the off-line fair model. Instead, we have come up with a brand-new idea and business process, using the internet, big data, cloud computing and artificial intelligence.

 

To hold the Fair online is not only an innovation for the global trade mode but also a new challenge for our exhibitors.

WINSUN GROUP has promoted our products and corporate image via forms including virtual reality, videos and photos.

To help better hold the event online, we put in a lot of effort. A range of preparations has been made such as taking photos of our products, creating tailor-made short videos and practicing live streaming. It helps prospective buyers get a better knowledge of the products.

 

Live streaming marketing was popular and widely participated. The live streaming room launched in this session broke the limit of time and space and enhanced interacting experience.

Each department actively play significant roles in the streaming: some built a room for live streaming in advance to promote the products to clients online; some debugged the live streaming equipment to ensure phones and devices were all set to their best; some devised individualized plans for different markets and staged dozens of live shows; Some designed live streaming timetable according to US, Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa time zones and their target markets, to meet overseas buyers. 

 

Our products were shown in live streaming, attracting oversea visitors, receiving inquiries and sourcing requests. All the effort comes up with good results. 

 

Totally 240 hours of live streaming was completed during the 10-day event. This special experience has helped us acquire new skills and develop new experiences.

 

A number of new products were launched in the event. For instance, the UVC lamps, received lots of online inquires.

 

A lot of instant messages were received and followed up actively. New customers were connected while the old ones being kept in touch. Together, more business cooperation is going to be accomplished by the effort from both sides.

 

The online 127th Canton Fair not only allows global consumers to share the benefits of Made-in-China, but also build a brand-new public platform to facilitate overseas companies and products to enter the global markets. The brand new platform enables "buying from and selling to the globe" and brings new vitality to the win-win development of global trade.
